Can anyone tell me anything about this or how old it is. My elderly neighbor gave it to me and told me it was Victorian and very old. Thank you!

Maybe around the 60's as they have been around a long time it seems and so reproduced. I remember seeing a lot of them in the late 70s at auction especially, always loved them though.
Yours actually has some nice changes so it may be Victorian but so hard to get information on these beauties.
