I bought these in Santiago, Chile at the equivalent of a flea market for around $100 US. The vendor was asking around $150 US but thanks to his wife telling him to accept my offer I was able to purchase them. Appear to have a nickel silver inlay, 4" rowels and one does have a repair that isn't too noticeable. The Chilean name is espuelas, the cowboys are called wuasos and they are often worn while dancing the national dance the cueca. My wife is a political refugee from Chile and we have visited there twice.
