    3 lights from union station in Tacoma wa from 1909 to 1911. They were removed from there around 1980. These lights are about 2' in diameter and weight around 30lbs or a little more.

      Super, love the ball shapes, could be used on making a lamp, so many possibilities !~

      If the ball shaped cages are 2' across, I'd suppose they hang about 5-6' on their chains?? (which sounds about the right scale for a train station...?) They are WONDERFUL even without the curved glass panels I'd guess they used to have inside. Are they made of iron, or something more like brass/bronze?

      My brother in-law worked for BNSF for 20yrs and he told me that they did have glass panels in them. I believe they are made of iron.
