    Exactly as pictured in Italian Glass: Century 20, by Leslie Pina (Author) as attached. This vase has marquetry flower forms over a gold foil crusted base. Our first piece of Italian Art Glass. As best as I can date it, from about 1955-60. The rim is polished not cut and the pontil is polished.

      Beautiful piece of glass. The problem with Leslie Pina books, is that she was highly erroneous in her attributions.
