      My first (probably useless?) thought was the 'see no evil/hear no evil/speak no evil' guys, but this dude's hands are on his *head*...that don't fit...??

      Have you researched Dolph, Arkansas? According to Google there a good bunch of wood carvers there. Dolph may be a location rather than an artist name.
