the mark is tongzhi , because of the open mouth at the back, it is real , the corrosion is ok , and the frame of the mark is closed,, the garlands are swirling bamboo, so it is most likely TIME AND PERIOD, or slightly later early guanghu period, the value is not that much , because it suffered too much
see the open mouth symbol and this is an abbreviation of it , the normal combination Da Qing Tongzhi Nian Zhi ( 6 characters ) still nice plate well done
rotate the mark for the open mouth symbol , it is upside down
