abbreviated qianlong mark family rose, made very recent , they changed the mocca rim for a gilt rim , hong kong or macao
Probably Hong Kong. My Aunt and Uncle were based there in the 60’s while working for the USIA. Every 2 years they transferred. Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Bangkok, Paris, London, Hawaii. 1930’s thru the 70’s they moved often.
