WW2 souvenir trench art aluminum bracelet

I like these as much as the trench art airplanes and they come in a huge variety.

Bracelet is made from aircraft aluminum. I have several with with engraving of "made from Jap[anese] aircraft" and I also own a period press photo of one being worn stateside by a factory worker with notes on it being made by her husband from debris from an enemy plane.

Seems to have been a popular Pacific theater craft, don't recall seeing many from Europe.

This example is from the "Philippine Islands", with additional engraving of "To my Darling" and "1945".
