Japanese Plate With Family Relative
This very old plate has hung in my parents room as long as I can remember. It is a relative, possibly my mother's father? I never learned to read Japanese, so not sure what it says? I found a picture of him, but it is packed away...will try and find it.

On the far right side: Seiichi-shi (I suppose your relative’s name)
Right, nearer to his image: 1965 and possibly a date
On the far left side: Hakone Kowakien (a hot spring or onsen in the town of Hakone)
Left, near to his image: 62 years old
