No matter how much I check Gothebogs site, I cant tell what country it is from. Can anyone tell me if it's Chinses or japanese and what the symbols mean?

IMO opinion this is kutani seizan, it is bamboo design

you got too split them into closed framed ferro red and non closed non ferro red late modem, haven,t datamine it
