Homer Ellertson Watercolor

I purchased this watercolor at a thrift shop in Blaine, Minnesota. The signature is very ornate but I believe it is Homer Ellertson and dated 1912. I see there was an artist, Homer E. Ellertson from River Falls, WI but his signature differs from this one. I may be reading the signature incorrectly because of the ornateness. Any help or input is appreciated. Thank you!
