Hello this is a nice brooch but I know nothing about it, found it about 10 years ago when I first started picking up old bits, I think it might be Victorian and stones look interesting but has lots of damage so was sold as scrap.
Looks like a propeller?
I think they called the shape navette dav
I do see the propeller, dav2no1. :-)
