Just got lucky on the net and won this silver Milwaukee Fire Department miniature presentation badge fob in recognition of 22 years service. As is commonly found on Milwaukee badges, 22 years is not a retirement badge. The twenty-second anniversary of service was when a Milwaukee City employee became fully vested in his or her pension plan. The badge is inscribed on the back with the following: Presented to John Kreutz Asst, Engineer by members of Engine Co. 23 and Truck Company 14 May 1st 1911 - May 1st 1933. That would have put him at 11th and Oklahoma ave. for any Milwaukee old timers.
