Oil painting by Cotti (purchased from the estate of Amelia Rae Watkins). Ms. Watkins at one time resided in California so I assume she purchased it there. Not sure of a date however. Possibly the same woman as the one in my other Cotti painting (similar nose)?

It is close to the one I posted trying to find out who the woman is. The pose is different but mine has a breast out as well.
