Found while dumpster diving. Definitely vintage. Handmade. Old wire hanger in the back. Glass is cracked put I don't want to take it apart to fix it.

Welcome to CW! This is a lovely piece of needlework. Thank you for rescuing it from certain death in a landfill! If you do take it apart, you might find some identifying info on the edges of the fabric or maybe a note tucked away behind the needlework.
