I purchased these recently and I love them I kept them in a cool outbuilding and, when I bought them indoors they began to develop cracks. They have the no 3281 on the reverse and two tiny swords. An help in identifying them greatly appreciated. Even with the cracks they’re beautiful.

A pictorial search of Replacements dot com and a wider search of the Internet using Google Lens didn't turn up any twins. :-(
From the description of the backstamp, it sound like it might be Meissen, but there are subtle variations in the crossed swords that can help determine age:

I don't know that I would have recognized that small crossed mark as crossed swords.
They don't appear to me to resemble any of Meissen backstamps at the links I previously sent you, but then I'm not an expert.
keramikos I see what you mean in relation to the marks. . I haven’t yet reached novice status so I am very grateful for your time and comment ! When I got the plates out of the garage to bring them into the cottage, as I said above, a number of them developed hairlines and then broke. I’ve thrown these away and I think one f them must have had a clearer mark on the reverse.
If you have any idea what the indistinct mark may be or whether the numerals are, indeed, a a pattern number, I’d be most grateful for your comments.

Thanks for your help. I don’t really mind if I don’t ever find any more info on the plates etc. I love them. It’s just that I’ve always been fascinated by the ‘whys and wherefores of life so, why were they made and how and when were they used?
I tried using Google lens but I much preferred their previous reverse image search . It seems lately I struggle to identify most things where it used to be that I identified most things and struggled with a few - hey ho!
