I found this in my mother's estate items. History unknown, appears to be glass.
    Any information would be appreciated.

I saw a vase almost like this on a site called all about glass, or you can google the words "colbalt blue glass with sliver inlay" and go to images and see if you can find something like it...hope this helps

Oh, this is spectacular, Jon. Your mother had excellent taste! Sorry I can't help.

Thanks for the comments, the search will continue. I ran it by Steve Nelson, but he pretty much blew me off. Ah well...

I have a vase very similar to this in my photo stream on this site. Mine is made by Rosenthal Bavaria and it is Art Deco in style. Mine is marked on the bottom. Is yours marked in any way on the bottom as well. This will, of course, give you an idea of it's maker. Your vase has Art Nouveau styling on it. Art Nouveau which is a period that proceeds Art Deco. Art Nouveau dates to around late 1800s to about the 1919 period. Art Deco is usually 1920's to about late 1930's.

I see you did give info on the markings. I will see if I can find any info on the markings you gave. If I find anything out I will let you know.

Thanks, Woman34, for the good information. The markings are on the lower side, there are none on the bottom.

From my previous post, I want to make a correction. Art Nouveau precedes Art Deco. Sorry about the error.
