Unsigned vintage equestrian scarf help

Please help identify!!! Or just give it a shot in the dark!! Put your comments below. Scarf is 46" square. Unsigned. Hand rolled sewn hem. Equestrian center of horses and jockeys (look at their tiny legs) other symbols are horse ribbons, fleur de lis, center has horse ribbon and what might be a gun powder flask? I need help identifying the maker and age of this awesome scarf.
