I recently purchaed this figure after buying a bag full of the accessories. As there are more figures than accessories that is a good way to do it. The main piece needed for this figure is the pistol belt which I have but it is missing the sword hooks. No big as they rarely carried the swords plus the sword hooks don't work all that well almost 60 years later. These figures were made in these colors from 1968-1974.
As you can see Captain Maddox had a fair amount of accessories and there are a few more I don't have on this figure.
In the last photo I have it with some of my other Marx Cavalry figures. I think I am nearing 20 Cavalry figures now. They should make an impressive column.
Fantastic figure, the hat probably must be missing a lot also. So nice to see a collection of the soldiers !~
