I found this a couple of years ago and have kept it at my nursery - standing under a manzanita. It is 16" high and very heavy - solid concrete. It appears to have many pebbles in it and appears to have some age to it - maybe 60s or 70s? I just noticed a patch of old glue on the back of the head - maybe where a wig was affixed at some time? She reminds me of the Venus of Willendorf or some other fertility goddess. It's not a sculpture, but a statue and i can't find a category for those.

It is a sculpture in most people have seen something like this, very much a piece of modern art. It would be spectacular in any garden setting !~
But don’t get me wrong, I didn’t mean ,in my last comment that
I thought something was wrong with it
I think it’s extremely cool
