A fairly common pin, a New England Telephone & Telegraph Company pin marked 10K. I have seen these with emeralds, rubies, and diamonds (zircons?). Common, but I have seen older, different versions which I will post at a later date. This pin features a 1939 bell, and I have only seen a couple with a 1921 bell or older.
