There is some writing on it but I can't figure out what it says. I'm not sure of this age or what this pin might have been for. Any help would greatly be appreciated by looking at it with a jeweler loop I think it says Dom Regalia Couto Toronto

Dominion Regalia Co Limited CO. LTD. TORONTO has made this badge between 1900 and 1950.

In the middle of the badge you can see King William III also known as William of Orange on a horse.

In my opinion 1688 stands for The Glorious Revolution, was the deposition of James II and VII. He was replaced by his daughter Mary II, and her Dutch husband, William III of Orange.
Ans 1690 stands for the victory of the Protestant King William III of Orange over England’s Catholic King James II at the Battle of the Boyne.
