Denver & Ephrata Telephone Company Pin

This pin is from a telephone company in Pennsylvania known as Denver & Ephrata. This is the only pin I have seen in 17 years. However, I have been told the pins were also issued with the bell of Bell Telephone. Based on this insight, this pin is probably from the late 1950's (after the company gained more independence). D&E was an independent but had an association with Bell.
