This glass ashtray promoting Leroux Cordials measures 12.5Cm across. It is quite heavy and features four rests for cigars or cigarettes.
I obtained a pair of these beauties in 2020 from a dispersal sale of items that had been in a bar that had closed in 1953 !

Hi, Jenni... Thank you! Yes it is sparkler all right. Simple things such as these bring a little light into my life.
The roughed up marks on its center bottom may not be too apparent, but they are there, and they keep the ashtray from sliding on any slick or dry surface that it may find itself on!
