This is one of my favorite pieces from the lot of HO cars I bought a couple weeks ago. It is called a bulkhead flatcar due to the pieces on the ends of the car. Plus it has a set of cargo from Bosie Cascade along with nice graphics such as SHIP & TRAVEL THE AUTOMATED RAIL WAY. Not sure how that as this was probably from the 60s or 70s I am a thinking. Sadli I only have one of these but I think I can make it work.
