This bottle is some quack medicine that predated the Civil War. Originally it contained opium but this bottle is post opium. At this stage it contained cannabis, chloroform and alcohol. By the end of WWII all the fun ingredients were banned and they went out of business.
This is 5" bottle and going with circa 1900 plus or minus a decade or two.
