Vintage necklace

Hello I’ve just rediscovered this lovely part of a necklace that is very similar to one I posted before, I found about 3 of these over the years looking for stuff, I wondered if the chain was gold and that’s why it looks clipped off, can’t think of any over reason, no idea where it’s from or how old it is, but looks very old
