Hello everyone!!
My youngest sister gifted me with these wonderful framed photos of a 19th century family. I believe these are “Tin Type” photos, but perhaps someone could confirm that for me. I’m also unsure if these are Civil War era or post Civil War, as these are most definitely not my area of expertise. Where’s our CW friend ScottVZ when you need him most? Perhaps Scott will chime in and lay some of his photo wisdom on me.
The frames are very ornate and quite small. They measure 3 7/8” long and 3 1/8” wide.
