From the defunct (1968) Columbia Brewing Company, of Shenandoah,PA.
I believe that this ashtray predates 1968 by many years. Certainly by four as "Penn" was replaced by "PA" in 1964 by the USPS. All USA States were issued the two letter designation in 1964...
