Stromboli was a villain from Pinocchio. He was a puppeteer who was going to use Pinocchio. The figure is 1 and a quarter inch tall.
This is a rare second series Disneykin from the early 1960s.
Plus a free bonus car being driven by some cartoon character.

That second figure looks familiar like some old scary cartoon figure kind of Wimpy looking, looks like something in a Disney or Betty B cartoon !
