Victorian Silver Chain Link Bracelet with Floral Design

I have been waiting years for the internet to help me determine if this perfectly old bracelet is vintage or Victorian. It is not marked silver but is tarnished like silver on the backs of the links. There has been one repair with a different kind of link fix. This has several floral buttons book-ended by plain buttons. The link connectors are decorated with little silver balls. The closure chain has a complete silver floral ball. I can find no marks and nothing similar in research. Your help and expertise are appreciated.
