A Google search found a vase posted on here by Sklo42 with the Josephinenhutte mark. The colour and painted decoration are very similar to this one. Mine doesn't have the bun feet however it has three marks on the base, two rough snapped and one sunken where I believe the feet were attached. It also has some traces of gilding around the marks perhaps from the gilded feet. It's 3.5" tall.
Link to Sklo42's vase, my guess would be it's uranium glass.
