This object is a handmade copper saucer with heavy-quality matte cloisonné enamel.
It has a round shape with a brass or copper rim featuring an image in the center.
The purple and blue glossy enamel on the underside features a raised ring.
The image depicts a cityscape. Possibly Russian, Scandinavian, or Middle Eastern, but I could not find anything similar.
Does anyone know where this was made? By whom? And when?

I wanted to thank you, fellow enthusiast of this website, for giving this saucer so much love. I believe this is the item with the most love I have ever posted on CW, and you made that happen. A deep bow from me for that.
It is a pity that no one has been able to solve the problem yet. I remain enthusiastic and continue searching, and for every question, there will eventually be an answer.
