The T-1000 villain of the Terminator 2 movie. The figure has two upper torsoes. One has some temporary shotgun damage. The other.the more lasting damage from an M79 grenade launcher. Or to be more exact the grenade. And then falling into the molten metal.
Also comes with extra hook arms.
