Hello Team CW! I have had a really really long work week, so haven't had enough time to gaze at all the cool collections.
This interesting piece is a friend of mines. He asked me to help ID it. Looks kinda like the the dandelion Curtis Jere, but the pottery on the bottom is throwing me.
    No markings what so ever.
    I would appreciate thoughts.

      Ikebana!

Hi V, doesn't it have to be more "flowery?"
    3. vetraio50 vetraio50, 6 years ago
      Wabi-sabi !?
You're right that 'kado' should have the floral element 'hana'.

Perhaps that's what you have all of the spikes for?
      (Sorry, the 'pine needles')
Stick a flower on them asymetrically and you have 'ikebana'?

      Sculpture!
      I think it's great!

I'm getting into Curtis Jeré. Did you get any further on this one?

Well the closest thought process is that it is or related to Jere Pom Pom. My buddy has decided to flip this piece as he has his eye on something new. Want me to enquire?

      Hi,
Nice sculpture! It looks similar to works done by Alfred Steck. He does a lot of POM POM pieces. I hope this puts you on the right road! Keep it mod!
