So I thought I might show you guys something else.
I found this ciccada brooch on a flea market some months ago. I paid a bit more than I usually do for jewelry, but is is absolutely worth it (and I m a cheapskate so it was not much).
Its has a c-clasp and a riveted hinge, so I think its from 1910-1920. I think its French. I did the acid test but I m not sure if its actual silver. It has no marks, but it looks, smells and feels like silver.
I love the details! It keeps my other ciccada brooches company. Maybe they can start making baby's :-)))
So what do you think about it?
