found this little whistle blower yesterday
don't actually know if whistle blower is the correct therm for a man blowing a whistle?
anyway, i think it might be from hungary, is the artist known by somebody?
to give a whistle blower asylum is quite dangerous in the moment...
i hope i won't get any trouble with the nsa now...
    Ay me.

Margit Kovacs is one of THE names, but i don't think it is hers. Her mark is a florid K M.
