No. Many companies produced glass during that time. And many have no manufacturer's marking at all, but are identified by style and techniques.
She has a fully incised signature on back J.Y. JENKINS Date 1946, and location Venice CA.
She was an ebay purchase, like all the others

I have a pair of those candle holders purchased on ebay. And some similar posy vases in red and "Kodak" yellow with splatter bottoms and brass frogs
I have 2 in red. One problem is that the opening are so small it is difficult to remove any cloudiness from the insides
ARe you sure this might not be a new DESNA reproduction?
