Well, I haven't been that excited about any of my finds for a few weeks, until today. I know I generally buy jewelry, but not today, I purchased a vase. It actually was an ugly, no shade, lamp at the sale. Originally it was a vase. I passed it up, went to my parents to shovel the drive, went to the grocery store, came home ate lunch, and as usual couldn't stop thinking about it. Looked it up on the internet. Went back, it was still there, being guarded by an elderly couple. Of course, I announced, I am back to buy the lamp. They said "What? is your name on it?" I said yes! Now I have all the lamp components removed. What do you think? Big mistake?
It's 23 inches tall and weighs about 17 pounds.

I would find a Japanese Carved Wood Base and sit it on top and enjoy! One heck of a find! Dave
Magnificent! This is a piece worthy to reside in an 'empty' space, where it can command the attention it deserves! Superb.
Really beautiful!!!
