    Here is a great layered glass mustard with "Cut to Clear" design. The holder has a animal figure pulling a wagon in which the mustard sits. I have no idea who produced the mustard jar and the holder was produced by Wilcox Silverplate Co.

      Thanks, the glass may be but the holder is American which could be entirely possible.
