Small aventurine dimpled vase with base metal collar

I bought this thinking Kralik, although my experience with this age of glass is limited. So, if I am wrong, I will live and learn.
It has been mould-blown from the rim.
It is a very wee thing at 16cm tall, but the aventurine and collar really make it a stunner. Unlike another vase I have with a lily metal collar, this one has great detail, like veining on the leaves.
