Vienna Secessionist solid 800 silver hammered dish in the manner of the Wiener Werkstatte (circa 1905). Excellent condition with no damage or restoration. Diana silver mark and Eduard Friedmann makers mark. Eduard Friedmann was active in Vienna, Austria from 1881-1919. His shop was known to execute designs by Rudolf Karger, Milla Weltmann, and by the architects Hans Bolek, Philippe Hauser, Emanuel Josef Margold and Otto Prutscher. Friedmann is mentioned in Viennese Silver, Modern Design 1780-1918. 9.1”(D) x 1.8”(W)

I gave a piece similar to this wih a detachable stand to my aunty many years ago I was only looking at it last week . Must take photos next time I'm at her place .
