This tractor is a 1946 Ford 2N .I have been restoring this for my father. When I first started the project the compression in the engine was bad so I tore into it and found that the cylinder sleeves had been removed and Mercury pistons installed, it ran like this for atleast 25 years on the cast cylinder walls ! I installed new sleves and did a complete rebuild.
