This sits next to an old railroad siding in the city of Chester Pa.Its two blocks from where the old Sun Ship Building and Drydock Company was located.It has two handles so that it can be cranked from either side. I guess they used it for lifting railway wheels.

I saw this in person today, I am up in pa for the holiday its just great I would love to buy this. I will try to get some up close photos hopfully a manufacture stamp. I guy who crank this must have been giant.
