This sits next to an old railroad siding in the city of Chester Pa.Its two blocks from where the old Sun Ship Building and Drydock Company was located. It has two handles so that it can be cranked from either side. I guess they used it for lifting railway wheels.

Beautiful pics, especially the second one, would be nice to see it without the vehicles in them, but still outstanding ! Phil.

Thanks Phil,if I get down that way again I'll shoot some more pics and keep the trucks out. I get a little nervous in that neighborhood, its two blocks from Murder's Row.
