Made by Wagner electric corp. Used to keep an eye on you truck or bus driver as it recorded time and speed on a card locked in it ,This was used in the '40s and up.Notice it also had a few!!!miles on it! TYhe clock has to be wound(?) before you started your trip,and still runs very good!
