I am trying to find out more information on this clock. Here is the story - This clock evidently hung in my Grandmothers general store until the early 60's when they closed up shop, it then hung on a wall of her basement until a few years ago when it was handed down to me. I know nothing more about this item than the story you just read. Please help if you have any more info like age & its rarity if at all?

Looks like you have a 1939-41 electric clock. Book valued at around $600. "Street-valued" at around $400 in mint. In this condition, which appears to have the clock face faded and discolored....you're probably looking at $200 on a good day. Does it work and keep accurate time?
Here's where Daddy No_bucks says "Since it belonged to your grandmother, it's priceless. Cherish it in her name." Or something like that.
Hell, sell it to me for $159!! LOL
Thank you for the information TGBWC! Unfortunately the cord is disconnected from the back - so it doesnt currently work..
Now you know the rules on CW. We're not allowed to buy or sell on here. Pops_abide will be contacting you shortly on the rules Perry.
Ok, I still want to buy it though! LOL
