This absolutely charming German Gustav Becker (1817-1885) wall clock from about 1890-1930. I am unsure of the date, though. Please note that the clock has been rather badly refinished before I bought it in perfect condition at a charity shop for just an unbelievable 22€! It has been one of the many prides of my collection, working perfectly ever since. Thanks!
