This is one of my favorite items.
Designed by Copier in the late twenties for Leerdam in corporation with GERO.
GERO is a big and famous producer of tableware and silver in the Netherlands.
This glassware is very rare and very beautiful.
I specially love the combination of the silver and the aquamarine glass (in Art Deco style).

this is interesting -- ted picked up a french press coffee maker of similar style -- sure the americans where copying -- he loves it i hate it -- too much work to keep it clean and get the coffee ground out of the wires -- oh well sure is life -- he is worth the hassle
