Another antique Victorian sterling filigree festoon
necklace set with four huge natural boulder opals
surrounded by tiny seed pearls. It has tons of
exquisite detailed silver beading and wire work.
One of my favorites. ( I say that about everything.)

Did this necklace come from the same source as your other festoon necklace? It has a very unique look. I'd love to see the back and the clasp, too.
No, I have purchased these all over the place for the past 20 years I've collected
them. All the clasps are a simple fish hook. They are open in the back behind the
stones and the seed pearls are strung through wire loops. Solid smooth silver backs. I'll put a photo of the back on later.
