Clichy? Baccarat? Bohemian? I can't see anything - other times I see "C" or "CL" all over. My camera is cheap.
The bottom is slightly concave, smooth but dull, with two notches on edge, there is also a weird long black "bar" (pontil?) on inside of one of blue canes.
